The helmet is transparent and you can easily see what is around. During sea walk, you breathe normally inside that helmet. Basically, you go down to a depth of around 20-25 feet, walk around on the sea bed. It’s simpler than scuba diving. Anybody from the age group of 7-60 can do it. Swimming is not required for this activity.
